Comments:
Goose Lake is a small, quiet lake in the country best suited for small boat fishing. Northern Pike, Largemouth Bass and panfish provide angling opportunities. Larger northern pike have been caught here, but average sized Northern pike is the normal expectation. Crappie populations tend to fluctuate and can become abundant. A number of quality sized bluegill were sampled in the last investigation.
This lake has an aeration device used to prevent winterkill. Winter anglers should be cautious and avoid the area around the aerator.
