In accordance with Minnesota Statute 13.356, subdivision a, your personal phone number and email address are private data. The DNR will only use this data for notification regarding DNR’s seedling program. You are not required to provide this information, but if you don’t we will be unable to process your request. Only DNR staff working at the nursery will have access to the private data. It will not be shared with anyone unless court ordered, or as otherwise provided by law.
