The Proposed Project
The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (MNDNR) propose restoring the Pomme de Terre River to its historic channel, breaching the dike at the abandoned fish pond, constructing a drawdown water control structure on the existing overflow spillway on the Marsh Lake Dam, constructing Louisburg Grade Road gated culverts, and modifying the Marsh Lake Dam to include a fishway.
