Transport Infested Waters

You need a permit to transport, appropriate or divert water from infested waters.

To apply for this permit

1. Download and print the permit application.
2. Read and understand the permit eligibility and conditions.
3. Fill out all information, sign and date the permit application. Include supporting documents.
4. Submit the application according to the instructions on the permit application.

There are no fees for this permit. The DNR has up to 90 days to respond to the permit application.
