School Trust Land In Northern Minnesota

Minnesota Statute, Section 84.027, Subd. 18 requires that the DNR reports revenue and School Trust Land management activities to the Legislative Permanent School Fund Commission biennially. Additional reports have been developed.

Forestry Cost Certification Reports

DNR Division of Forestry provides annual cost reports on Trust land administration. Minnesota Statute 16A.125 allows Forestry to certify costs for protection, improvement, administration, management, and road maintenance on School Trust Lands.
