Comments: Carver Lake is a great place for a day outdoors. It is a pretty lake surrounded by hills and is 36 feet deep with fairly clear water. Carver Lake has a fishing pier and there is a boardwalk that runs along the shore. Bluegill, Crappie, Northern Pike, and Largemouth Bass were present in decent numbers according to the 2009 survey. Try the swimming beach if you want to take a break on a hot day, it is open to the public but there are no lifeguards on duty.
